Job description58 years of SAP experience with a strong focus in WM / MM. Deep configuration expertise across warehousing, materials, and logistics functions. Strong functional understanding of best practices in warehouse operations and SAP-based process design. Hands-on skills supporting SAP mobile devices, label creation, and 3rd party integrations. Familiarity with adjacent SAP modules (SD, FI) and ABAP debugging (a plus). Confident communicator and cross-functional collaborator able to own projects from start to finish. Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience (15+ years with an associate degree). Serve as the functional expert for SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Materials Management (MM), focusing on receiving, inventory, shipping, and purchasing. Gather business requirements and lead process improvements with warehouse and logistics teams. Configure and support SAP systems, including mobile device integration and 3rd party logistics tools (e.g., ShipERP). Own the full lifecycle of SAP enhancementsfrom blueprint to Go Liveincluding test planning and documentation. Develop and maintain carrier integrations and automation for warehousing functions. Troubleshoot SAP and related application issues; drive continuous improvement with minimal disruption. Support DEV, QAS, and PRD coordination with global SAP teams; lead configuration changes and user trainings. Act as a business partner to leadership and frontline operators, ensuring alignment between system solutions and real-world execution.
