What You Will Do

As an AI Engineer at Loop, you’ll work across the AI / ML stack — from modeling to infrastructure — and ship features that directly impact Loop’s business and customers. You will :

• Train, evaluate, and deploy multimodal LLMs for document extraction, normalization, and linking.
• Build highly accurate models that meet the stringent data quality requirements of Loop’s customers.
• Scale Loop’s inference infrastructure to handle orders‑of‑magnitude growth in processing volume.
• Develop AI agent workflows to automate freight audit and related back‑office operations.
• Contribute to ML infrastructure — scaling training and inference, improving reliability, and ensuring systems are production‑ready.
• Support backend automation in the servicing and workflow domain.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range : $150,000-$250,000 base.
