The Role

We’re looking for an AI Engineer who can move fast, build robust solutions, and work close to customers. As one of our first five engineers, you’ll play a founding role in strengthening our AI stack and delivering delightful real‑time experiences to enterprise customers.

This role combines deep technical work (building real‑time agentic AI systems) with forward‑deployed execution (understanding customer needs, adapting flows, prototyping solutions).

Responsibilities

• Deploy new customers : Build and adapt AI agents for new use cases, often from scratch.
• Build AI features : Design and implement features that solve real customer problems (e.g. RAG‑powered search integrated into a voice flow).
• Push the stack : Improve our real‑time voice AI capabilities – low‑latency, robust, and reliable.
• Partner with customers : Engage directly to understand their needs, validate solutions, and iterate quickly.
• Feed the platform : Turn learnings from bespoke builds into reusable blueprints for the core product.
