Shift - 08 : 00 AM to 04 : 00 PM

Required :

  • Min 2 year of experience
  • BLS Certificate (preferred AHA)
  • Active LPN License.
  • 2 Professional Reference (1 must be the supervisor and other could be supervisor or co-worker!

Duties :

  • Taking and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Administering medication.
  • Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to Nurses, Physicians, and family members.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records.
