A company is looking for a Supervisor for ASHCare Managed Services (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and develop team members while ensuring adherence to performance standards and processes
Conduct quality audits, provide coaching, and manage performance expectations through regular meetings
Handle customer escalations and collaborate with management to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework or equivalent experience preferred
2 years of experience in Call Center or Customer Service operations, preferably in Managed Care or Health Care
Experience supervising a team in a call center environment is required
Proficiency in MS Office and call center navigation systems is necessary
Demonstrated knowledge of call center Workforce Management and Key Performance Indicators
