Outbound Call Center Representative

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative (Donor Outreach Coordinator) to engage with past donors for blood donation scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to past blood donors to re-engage and schedule donation appointments

Build positive connections while educating donors on upcoming needs and opportunities

Represent the organization's mission with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm

Required Qualifications

High School Graduate or GED required

One year of customer service experience preferred

Proficient computer skills required

Contact Center experience strongly preferred

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
