Santa Barbara Infrared, Inc. is currently recruiting for the position of Contracts Manager. The Contracts Manager is a hands-on position that administers all contracts (commercial and government) received from customers and prepares all legal agreements.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Contract management and administration.
• Reviews customers' terms and conditions for acceptability / compliance.
• Understanding of CPFF and FFP contracts
• Prepares, executes, administers, extends, renegotiates, and terminates contracts.
• Prepares, executes, administers legal agreements.
• Import / Export Compliance support.
• Program Management support with an emphasis on contract deliverables and schedule.
• Executes and maintains current certifications required for commercial and government quotes and contracts.
• Support credit approvals for customers.
• Evaluates or monitors contracts and customers to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts and compliance to contractual obligations.
• Generate reports for delivery performance histories.
• Administers small business plans and reporting.
• Ability to work full time.
