Mitigation Technician Compensation and Benefits :

• Hourly rate : $22.00-$25.00 / hr. (DOE)

They are seeking a motivated and dependable Mitigation Technician in Training who is eager to learn the restoration industry from the ground up. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training. The Mitigation Technician in Training supports the field crew in responding to property damage emergencies, including water and fire damage cleanup, demolition, and equipment setup. This individual will be trained in proper restoration procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations while assisting experienced technicians on active job sites.
