🎯 Role Overview

As Survey Campaign Manager , you’ll be the operational backbone for client campaigns — from onboarding through execution. You’ll manage client survey campaigns end-to-end : coordinating audiences, overseeing survey builds, managing email / LinkedIn outreach, and ensuring flawless delivery.

You’ll work directly with the founder, clients, and internal team to drive campaign success.

🔑 Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding , ensuring smooth setup and alignment on campaign goals.
• Manage multiple survey-driven campaigns simultaneously — from audience targeting to survey delivery and reporting.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners to keep campaigns on schedule.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure results meet client objectives.
• Maintain clear communication with clients — providing updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Support process improvements to scale campaign delivery and quality.
