Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, fostering a warm and supportive environment.
• Provide personalized outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client, promoting healing and resilience.
• Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans, assisting clients in their mental health journeys.
• Engage actively in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, maintaining professional standards.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and fellow therapists for a holistic approach to mental health care.
