Job Description

The Frederick Keys are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our front office team. This position will play a vital role in shaping the Keys’ fan experience, enhancing our digital presence, and elevating in-game entertainment. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in day-to-day marketing operations, content creation, social media management, and live game production. This is an ideal position for a motivated professional looking to contribute to a high-performing team, engage with fans, and gain experience in sports marketing.

Job Responsibilities

Content Creation & Digital Marketing

• Lead the creation of engaging content for Keys’ social media channels (graphics, photos, video, copywriting).
• Produce and edit short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
• Coordinate execution of the social media calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to generate creative ideas for fan engagement campaigns.

Attain Sports is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $36,000 - $40,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
