Founding Engineer (React, typescript, Tailwind)

About us :

Dealops is building AI for sales teams. B2B companies lose up to $100M per year by discounting too much, too soon. Our founder experienced this firsthand at Stripe, where she helped price hundreds of deals.

As pricing models become more complex (shifting to usage-based, outcome-based, and hybrid structures), this challenge only grows. Our AI-powered platform tackles it directly, guiding sales teams to close deals faster without leaving money on the table.

We've raised $6.7M from General Catalyst, Pear VC, and executives from OpenAI, Stripe, Slack, and more. We have active enterprise contracts with some of the fastest-growing AI and fintech companies in the world and are now focused on scaling revenue 10x to reshape the future of deal pricing.

The Role :

We're looking for a Founding Engineer to join our early team and help us build the best AI-powered platform for revenue optimization. You'll work across the stack, from building our machine learning & rule-based models that optimize pricing structures to running A / B tests to increase customer revenue.

We're a small team, so there will be plenty of opportunities to fully own high-impact products and work directly with customers. You'll be a core member of the founding team, collaborating with the founder to define future product roadmap and vision.

About you :

3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack development.

Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and SQL (PostgreSQL or similar).

Proven ability to build and launch scalable, reliable software products in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Experience with complex systems and high-impact features, ideally in a fast-moving environment.

Experience with AI / ML tools, machine learning models, and prompt engineering is a plus.
