Position Summary : The Commercial Lines Client Service Manager is responsible for assisting producers and clients in maintaining insurance coverage for commercial lines, including processing and invoicing policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations.
Supervisory Responsibilities : None
Prepare endorsement requests to send to insurance carriersFollow-up on receipt of endorsements to existing policiesProcess endorsements, including invoicing and delivery to clientsProcess audits, verifying rates, exposures, and prior premiumsHandle cancellations and billing issuesCommunicate with staff and clients to gather information for policy changesAdhere to agency proceduresProvide technical support to Marketing Executives and Producers as neededEstablish and maintain relationships with internal and external clientsCore Competencies :

1-2 years of experience in property and casualty servicing preferredLicensing and Credentials :

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookApplied Epic experience preferred; knowledge of similar AMS acceptablePhysical Requirements :
