- Average income is $80k with the top 20% clearing $100k and top performers clearing over $200k ($36k Starting Base + Commission Offered) .
- Required licensing is company paid and you will be paid during licensing and training.
- Company paid warm leads are provided daily, no prospecting required.
- Annual contest for company paid trips for added incentive.

Requirements
- Two years of direct sales experience. (Mortgage sales experience not required)
- Proven successful track record in sales.
- Willingness to go through company paid licensing.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
