Director Of Channel Strategy And Analytics Engineering
The Director of Channel Strategy and Analytics Engineering will lead the design, execution, and optimization of our go-to-market channel strategy while building the data infrastructure that enables smarter, faster decisions across the marketing and sales organization. This leader will identify the most impactful growth opportunities, establish clear performance measurement frameworks, and develop scalable analytics systems that give executives and teams real-time visibility into ROI and channel performance. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, deep technical understanding, and strong business partnership skills to ensure resources are directed toward the highest-value initiatives and that our channel investments deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across the analytics function, ensuring deliverables meet high standards of quality, simplicity, and impact.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, proactively identifying business challenges, opportunity areas, and actions to improve channel efficiency and pipeline growth.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and engineers focused on excellence, innovation, and learning from experimentation.
Partner with data, marketing operations, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment on data definitions, measurement frameworks, and processes for evaluating marketing effectiveness.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $187,000.00-$281,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
Hybrid : In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
