Arrowhead's Tribal Program is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Lead Underwriter to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in cultivating strong broker partnerships, driving creative underwriting solutions, and influencing the direction of our Tribal business. With a high degree of autonomy, the Lead Underwriter will be empowered to make impactful decisions that support growth, profitability, and innovation.

Arrowhead's Tribal Program, a division of Brown & Brown Insurance, was founded in 1987 as the Program for Sovereign Indian Nations. The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 / year. Bonus potential based on new business generated.
