The Clorox Company is seeking a qualified candidate for Inventory Control Specialist, reporting to the Logistics Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting operational processes, and ensuring compliance with company standards. You will collaborate with multiple teams to drive inventory accuracy and efficiency. The primary responsibility for this position is to safeguard the plant's inventory; ensuring we adhere to and maintain compliance with all corporate directives governing inventory management. The role will require strong leadership and communication skills as well as the ability to effectively influence peers. The employee must demonstrate and sustain proficiency in the areas of Safety, Quality, Housekeeping, Production and Cost. Perform other duties as assigned. Hourly rate : $33.15. Scheduled shift : Saturday-Wednesday : 1pm-9 : 30pm. We offer excellent compensation and benefits package.

In this role, you will :

• Review and clear all suspense items from U0MR daily.
• Perform daily COGI and MIGO maintenance and review.
• Assist, train, and coordinate non-BOM material movements (dunnage, whitewood, totes / drums, recycle) to prevent overcapacity.
• Provide backup support for Dock Coordinator, Logistics Lead, and Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Support IDMS reconciliations and scheduling of live unloads.
• Coordinate transportation / shipment needs for returning materials to vendors.
• Collaborate with Quality team to ensure raw material and finished goods holds are uploaded into SAP.
• Participate in daily problem-solving sessions to identify gaps in inventory accuracy and other departmental issues.
