This role offers opportunities to work on technically demanding tax planning and compliance projects within a global team, with cross-border and cross-functional collaboration and support for your development as a tax professional and leader.

The opportunity

EY Private Tax serves a diverse portfolio of high-growth private companies and their owners. You will be a key point of contact for clients and colleagues across teams, coaching and developing a tax team while delivering high-quality, commercially valuable services.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Researching tax issues to develop effective tax planning strategies
• Translating complex data from a range of sources into client-ready insights and deliverables
• Building long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored service
• Communicating complex tax issues to non-tax professionals and clients
• Maintaining your reputation by updating and sharing technical knowledge and best practices
• Managing, coaching, and developing a team of tax professionals, reviewing work and ensuring team members have the tools to excel
• Identifying risks and opportunities to improve services and processes
