An Internal Medicine Physician is needed for a 3-month assignment covering both assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. The role involves managing medication for 15-20 adult and geriatric patients per day while overseeing Nurse Practitioners, all within a set Monday to Friday schedule. Candidates must hold an active Indiana license, certifications, and preferably have AMDA certification, with an emphasis on using an EMR system for efficient patient management.
