ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician – Afternoon & Daytime Hours

One Step Forward is hiring caring and reliable ABA Therapists / Behavior Technicians to support children with Autism in Jersey City and nearby communities. We have part time roles available during the school day and after school, giving you the flexibility to choose a schedule that works best for you.

What You’ll Do

Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy in the home / community

Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA

Collect and document session data

Collaborate with families to support learning outside of therapy sessions

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with children or in education / behavioral health (required)

Availability for afternoons (3–5 weekdays) OR daytime part time hours

Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license

Patient, dependable, and professional approach
