Summary :

The Senior Regulatory & Quality Analyst plays a key role at the intersection of regulatory research, data integrity, and compliance . This hybrid position ensures that both regulatory content and underlying data within LighthouseAI remain accurate, current, and compliant with applicable state and federal pharmaceutical standards.

The employee will combine legal research expertise with data accuracy and technology skills , supporting the company's mission to simplify pharmaceutical compliance through reliable, high-quality data.

The Senior Regulatory & Quality Analyst ensures LighthouseAI's regulatory data is accurate, reliable, and compliant, combining legal tracking, data integrity, and technology to ensuring operational excellence and regulatory adherence.

This is a full-time remote position .

Working Hours : Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm ET

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Regulatory Research :

Research, interpret, and translate statutes, regulations, rules, and legislative updates from federal and state agencies into clear, actionable notifications for customers.

  • Survey regulatory agency websites and other trusted sources for updates related to pharmaceutical licensing, reporting, and operational compliance requirements.
  • Track legislative and regulatory software platforms for relevant federal, state, and local updates, ensuring timely identification of issues impacting pharmaceutical compliance and government affairs initiatives.
  • Data Integrity & Quality Assurance :
  • Maintain and update structured data sets to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • Review, validate, and update existing records to ensure consistency across datasets.
  • Support ongoing data collection and research initiatives.
  • Perform quality assurance on regulatory data and identify discrepancies for remediation.
  • Technology & Process Management :
  • Work daily within LighthouseAI , StateScape, FileMaker Pro (FMP) , and Jira to manage research projects and ensure workflow transparency.

  • Leverage automation tools and dashboards to monitor data health and compliance.
  • Offer feedback and suggestions for process and software improvements.
  • Work Experience Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience researching federal and state law as well as regulatory resources within the drug supply chain or pharmacy regulatory affairs.
  • Experience with conducting a state-by-state assessment of licensing requirements based on business model and product portfolio.
  • Previous experience with StateScape, FileMaker Pro (FMP) , and Jira is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, such as FDA regulations and state board of pharmacy regulation.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to learn and interpret complex regulatory requirements and communicate them effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing regulatory landscapes and stay updated with industry developments.
  • Other Qualifications :

  • Professional certifications in pharmaceutical compliance (e.g., RAC) are a plus.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide expert guidance on compliance matters.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all compliance-related activities.
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize efforts effectively across multiple projects at once.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills to complete projects by deadlines.
  • Self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their projects.
  • Administrative skills (basic Microsoft Word skills and Google Drive required).
  • Logical and critical thinking a must.
  • Maintain excellent verbal, writing, and language skills.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities :

    This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but is designed with an expectation of a leader that embodies and represents the Company's culture. Further, there are continuing opportunities for advancement within our growing company.

    Salary Range : $80,000 - $85,000
