Job descriptionDrive efficiency and productivity across all manufacturing processes. Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize operations. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) — safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale. Ensure all company and customer standards, including ISO / IATF certifications, are maintained. Develop and manage plant budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics. Identify and execute cost reduction initiatives and margin improvement strategies. Ensure full P&L accountability for the site Promote a zero-defect and zero-incident culture. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Collaborate with quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Support business growth by aligning plant capabilities with customer and company needs. Lead capital investment projects and facility improvements. Partner with senior management to set strategic goals and execute operational plans. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred). Proven success managing a multi-shift operation with full P&L responsibility. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of ISO / IATF 16949, OSHA, and environmental standards.
