• 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
• Ability to build relationships
• Experience in OS, Apps and H / W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
• Basic proficiency in staging, imaging, and deploying end-user devices
• Familiarity with Windows OS configuration and domain joining
• Introductory understanding of Active Directory for account setup and management

Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at an L2 level to join our team. As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
