Licensed Clinical Quality Specialist

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Specialist to uphold and strengthen the quality of care within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with various teams to execute clinical roadmaps and standard operating procedures

Provide ongoing support to providers for maintaining high-quality care delivery

Monitor and respond to clinical adverse events and manage provider escalations

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in a mental health discipline

Active, cleared clinical license (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent)

Strong clinical judgment and experience with escalations and quality-related investigations

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams

Commitment to provider support and quality management
