Description :

S³, Inc. has an opening for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will be responsible for S³’s technology strategy, in support of offensive and defensive weapons acquisition and fielding. The CTO reports to the CEO and will be located at our corporate HQ in Research Park, Huntsville, AL. The position comes with a competitive base salary and financial bonus incentive benefits. Annual performance bonus is based on the achievement of predefined objectives / KPIs and to successful and profitable delivery of planned projects / products.

Responsibilities :

• Develop strategy of program development to support Golden Dome program and product requirements.
• Develop strategy for teaming to secure contract positions that support changes in offensive / defensive program developments and reorganizations.
• Evaluate today’s contracts, products, and customer positions for scalability to the new defense weapons requirements.
• Develop and manage government‑funded missile aviation, and space product development management, C4ISR, IBCS, system engineering and integration for offensive and defensive solutions.
• Responsible for P&L accountability, team building for innovative solutions, direct customer interaction, proposal generation and presentation, and international business operations.
• Coordinate with parent and subsidiary leadership with strategies that benefit all.
