Molex is seeking a Rotational Engineer / Associate BDM to join our Printed Circuits Solutions team in Naperville, IL!

We are preparing for growth in our Business Development areas.

Accelerate your engineering career through our comprehensive 3-year Rotational Development Program. You'll gain hands-on experience across three critical business functions, spending one year in each role to build a versatile skill set that positions you for leadership.

Our expertise spans smart labels, medical, automotive applications, and beyond – delivering solutions that exceed conventional circuitry limits.

What You Will Do

In our three-year Rotational Development Program this individual will spend a year within each role developing skills in a wide range of areas :

Year 1 : Cost Engineer

• Drive Strategic Pricing & Product Feasibility
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, engineering, operations, and procurement teams to develop precise product costing strategies
• Create compelling proposals including executive presentations, technical specifications, and detailed assembly drawings
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for user interface and printed electronic assemblies
• Build cost models that enable competitive positioning and profitable growth

What Will Put You Ahead

For this role, we anticipate paying $80,000 - $110,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
