Billing Specialist

Responsibilities

Our Kforce client located in the New England region is a manufacturer specializing in refrigeration services need to hire a Billing Specialist to join their small family business and accounting team. The client offers growth opportunity, mentorship, salary and benefits, great company values. Position is scheduled as fully on-site.Summary : This position involves handling billing tasks for company accounts. Responsibilities include preparing and updating invoices, checking for errors, and keeping records. The role also requires working with other teams to resolve any issues related to billing or payments.

Skills

• Associate degree in Business or Finance preferred, but not required
• Basic knowledge of accounting and billing practices
• Experience with MS Office and billing software is helpful
• Attention to detail and ability to work with others

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
