Where You'll Make a Difference

• Own endtoend delivery of assigned capital projects (typically $1-$5M, up to $10M), serving as the single point of accountability.
• Define clear project objectives with site leadership and functional partners; translate strategy into executable plans.
• Build and drive the execution strategy with engineering managers; prioritize work and allocate resources effectively.
• Develop economic models with Finance; prepare robust business cases and scenario analyses.
• Champion EHS and Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements across design, construction, and startup.
• Lead sourcing strategy with Procurement; engage preferred vendors and manage contracts for cost, quality, and schedule.
• Oversee construction management with a safetyfirst mindset; ensure commissioning and startup readiness.
• Control schedule and budget; maintain estimates, track changes, and communicate status and risk transparently.
