Overview of the Role

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, driving, and overseeing the full lifecycle of the organizations onpremises to SaaS Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) transition. This role ensures the program is delivered ontime, within scope, and with high quality, by managing multiple projects scope, risks, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams, vendors, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and critical paths.
• Lead execution of end-to-end IGA transition from on-prem to SaaS (design, build, test, deploy, operate).
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Align project scope with defined Target State Architecture and approved business objectives.
• Manage and surface evolving scope due to business priorities or vendor platform changes.
• Partner with Product Owner and Lead Architect to ensure alignment of solution requirements.
• Facilitate coordination across Workstream Leads, Architects, DevOps, App Dev, Security, Operations.
• Manage alignment with vendor delivery teams and validate deliverables.
• Coordinate with Agile squads, where applicable, ensuring backlog alignment with IGA transition milestones.
• Support evolution of Shared Services Model for IAM and IGA operational maturity post-SaaS go-live.
• Drive quality assurance across project lifecycle : design, build, test, data migration, cutover
• Facilitate cutover planning and avoidance of parallel environments.
