Licensed Pharmacist Operations Director

A company is looking for a Director of PBM Prior Authorization Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a nationwide team responsible for prior authorization and utilization management programs

Oversee clinical review workflows and performance outcomes across multiple PBM clients

Implement data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency and member outcomes in pharmacy operations

Required Qualifications

Licensed Pharmacist (PharmD or RPh) in good standing

Minimum 5 years of experience leading prior authorization or utilization management teams

Proven success managing large-scale teams (100+ FTEs)

Strong understanding of Medicaid and PDL management processes

Exceptional leadership and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment
