Job description

Position Overview :

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Volunteer Fundraising Manager. As a Fundraising Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to support our mission. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute your skills to a cause-driven organization while gaining valuable experience in nonprofit fundraising.

Responsibilities :

1. Strategy Development :

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with the organization's goals.

2. Campaign Management :

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives to engage donors and supporters.
  • 3. Donor Relationship Management :

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to enhance their engagement with the organization.
  • 4. Grant Writing :

  • Research and identify potential grant opportunities, and collaborate with the team to prepare and submit grant proposals.
  • 5. Online Fundraising :

  • Utilize online platforms and social media to create and promote fundraising campaigns, reaching a wider audience.
  • 6. Data Management :

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records, track fundraising progress, and generate reports as needed.
  • 7. Budgeting :

  • Assist in developing and managing fundraising budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in fundraising or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a virtual team.
