Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field At least 12 years of experience in the construction industry, focusing on commercial concrete projects Minimum of 5 years in a preconstruction management role with a track record of successful project leadership Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, On-Screen Takeoff, and Bluebeam; familiarity with Revit is a plus Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and critical thinking skills Strong communication skills, capable of building effective relationships and leading teams
Preconstruction Manager
We are seeking a Preconstruction Manager with a Commercial Concrete Construction Company in Alpharetta, GA to lead the initial planning phases of our construction projects. This role involves overseeing feasibility studies, budgeting, risk management, and compliance to establish a solid foundation for project success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the initial planning phases of construction projects
