Compensation :

Starts at $13.50 with a minimum of 30 hours. Full-time roles are available. Also includes 100% coverage for health benefits.

As a Printing Operator with C&E Specialties, Inc. in Rockford, IL, you are the person who makes it possible for us to deliver the correct, quality products on time to our customers.

We can’t run without you. Every day on your 8-hour shift beginning at 7 am, you’ll start by reviewing the orders for the day.

Then, you’ll be inspecting every detail for safety and functionality - checking components, reviewing the area, and then getting your day started in this very fast-paced environment.

This environment is not climate-controlled. You will be on your feet for most of your shift, doing physically-demanding work.

To thrive in this role, you must be willing to learn by doing. You should care about others on your team and their safety.

A clean and safe environment. We’re cleaning and inspecting machines for the whole shift, but we have to keep our equipment and facility clean as well.
