We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining the high standards of our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the necessary quality standards and regulations. This is a permanent position, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business, and to work with a dedicated team of professionals in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities :

The Quality Assurance Manager will :

• Lead and manage all aspects of our quality assurance program, including continuous improvement, building systems, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies including FDA, USDA, and AAFCO.
• Understand and manage customer requirements and expectations.
• Conduct regular audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring all necessary actions are taken to maintain our SQF certification.
• Oversee HACCP, food safety plans, environmental monitoring, and finished product testing.
• Partner with R&D and the supply chain to ensure quality is maintained at all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Lead investigations into any quality issues, conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and tracking their effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of accountability and data-driven decision making.
• Act as the SQF practitioner for the company, ensuring all SQF systems and processes are maintained and improved.
• Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with GFSI.
