About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Engineering Manager, Data Engineering to lead our team and drive Aircall's next phase of growth. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the design, development, and evolution of our enterprise data infrastructure while fostering a high-performing team culture. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating technical capabilities into business impact and championing innovation in data engineering.

This role demands a leader who excels in people management, technical excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. You will elevate team productivity, mentor emerging talent, and ensure our data platforms scale seamlessly to meet Aircall's ambitious goals.

Your Mission @ Aircall

1. Lead Teams & Drive Performance

• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing data engineering team, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and identify opportunities for skill development and career growth.
• Champion best practices in code quality, data governance, and operational excellence, ensuring adherence to SLAs and compliance standards.
