Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-family high-rise residential projects, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery while maintaining safety and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site staff to ensure work is performed to the required standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and review schedules, budgets, and project plans to ensure effective execution of construction projects.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely manner to maintain project momentum.
