Job Summary
We are seeking a Limo / Bus Reservation Agent to join our team! As a Car Reservation Agent, you will be making reservations to our customers based on their needs for the trip, and ensure the customer understands the rental agreement and potential charges. You will also process payment for the vehicle, resolve customer issues quickly and professionally, and overall represent the company with each interaction. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and communication skills, and an excellent eye for details.
