A well-established assisted living and retirement community in L.A., is looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our occupancy growth efforts. This is a high-impact role focused on building relationships, converting leads, and driving move-ins.
We're seeking someone who knows how to hustle, follow through, and make things happen. This position reports to the Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the sales process-manage inquiries, conduct tours, follow up, and close move-ins
- Build occupancy through community outreach, referral relationships, and agency coordination
- Partner with the Administrator on marketing strategy, resident retention, and family relations
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation for new residents per RCFE licensing guidelines
- Coordinate and attend events, presentations, and outreach efforts to raise community visibility
- Regularly report on lead activity, conversions, and marketing performance
What We're Looking For :
