Healthcare Regional Operations Leader
TVG-Medulla, LLC is a multi-site healthcare management organization, with an emphasis on providing managed services to chiropractic providers. Medulla provides managed services such as Sales & Marketing, Billing, IT, HR, and Finance to three chiropractic brands, operating under the names of Chiro One, MyoCore, and CORE Health Centers. Medulla is comprised of 830+ employees, with corporate headquarters in Oak Brook, IL and 150+ clinic locations in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Missouri, Kansas, Kentucky, West Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska.

Job Description
The Healthcare Regional Operations Leader will accomplish the company's goals and objectives by holding Clinic Directors under their direction accountable for growth, patient care, positive employee relations, an effective business plan, and implementation of the P3 programs and philosophy. The RDO must be strong in planning and control so s / he can manage daily issues without interfering with the ability to anticipate future business trends and plan accordingly. The RDO will hold clinic directors and staff accountable and will work to develop for personal and professional growth.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Quality of Care : Ensures clinic programs achieve compliance expectations as measured by compliance trends and internal company audits. Ensures an effective process is in place for all clinics to identify and resolve facility problems. Evaluates each clinics compliance program at least monthly.
Performance, Growth and Development : Conducts monthly budget and KPI Funnel review to ensure targets are met and each clinic achieves established growth targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree preferred
Experience : Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible for multi-site management and staff development experience in healthcare setting.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities : Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with patients, staff, and other functional leaders. Possess special interest in working with clinic staff. Strong oral and written communication skills.
