Job Title : I&I Marketing Manager

Job Location : Linden, NJ

Position Summary : We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled professional to join our Marketing & Technology team. This role focuses on advancing fuels and fuel additive solutions across the Americas and globally. The position involves cross-functional collaboration, technical insight, and market strategy development.

Role Title : Senior Technical Market Manager

Function and Department : Industry and Infrastructure - Fuels

Salary : $80K - 150K

Location : Linden, NJ

Responsibilities

  • Shape marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market insights.
  • Provide technical input to support commercial decisions and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product strategies with regional requirements.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor colleagues and support learning initiatives.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline).
  • Proven experience in technical roles, with a strong understanding of the fuels and chemicals industry.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate complex projects.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Well-established, industry-recognized network, and knowledge in fuel additives.
  • Experience managing technical projects and collaborating across teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with experimental analysis and technical reporting.
  • Equivalent experience in lieu of formal education will be considered. Robust documentation and reporting practices.
  • Demonstrated capability to build profitable customer relationships.
