Paychex is supporting a well-known Security Solutions Company, and they are seeking a highly motivated Guarding Agent. This role is an in-office position that offers a competitive hourly pay, benefits, & PTO for their employees! On top of that the provide food for their employees during their shift at least once a week! There are 3 different shifts you can choose from depending on your shift preference.
1st shift is from 7am-3pm. 2nd shift is from 3pm-11pm. 3rd shift is from 11pm-7am.
As a Remote Guarding Agent, your responsibilities will include :
- Answer inbound phone calls in a timely manner
- Understand customer service and satisfaction are the primary goals of the organization
- Actively track, verify and act upon video alert signals received from customer locations
- Follow the standard operating procedures
- Communicate with law enforcement, customers and other emergency personnel
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer savvy (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, gamers welcome)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and also in a team environment
- SORA certified or equivalent
