Fire Life Safety Director for High End Hotel in Manhattan

Doyle Security Services is seeking to hire Licensed Fire Life Safety Directors in NYC for a High End Hotel.  .

PAY RATE : $29.00 - $30.00 per hour

SHIFT AVAILABLE :

• Schedule 1 : Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday 2300 – 0700
• Schedule 2 : Friday & Saturday 2300 – 0700

BENEFITS :

Fire Life Safety Director Applicants must have the following to be considered for these positions :

MUST have valid T-89 OR F89 FDNY Fire Life Safety Director License

MUST have Valid NY State Security Guard License.

Minimum 2 years Hotel FLSD experience.

Associate or higher degree in a fire / security related field. (Preferred not required)

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must be able to understand the English language and communicate it effectively in both the verbal and written form.

Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position. Technical working knowledge of building systems.

Protective security experience a plus.

Fire Life Safety Director Duties and Responsibilities :

Multiple Tours of the facility during your shift.

Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and / or console monitors

Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office

Effective oral and written communication skills

Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately

Must be able to work overtime and weekends

Assist residents / customers with access control issues

Tour the entire facility multiple times per shift
