Personal Family Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Personal and Household Assistant to support daily operations and enhance the efficiency of a busy household. We have 2 girls (ages 7 and 4) and we both travel often for work so the ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to managing various tasks. This role requires a blend of practical household skills including cooking, cleaning, and (occasionally) childcare, along with exceptional personal assistant skills including scheduling appointments, building travel itineraries, and shopping / packing for travel engagements. There is a lot of opportunity for growth in this position; we hope to find someone looking for a long-term engagement with our family.

Household Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support in household management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the home
• Cooking nutritious meals and planning menus
• Manage laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
• Handle basic property management tasks as needed, coordinating maintenance or repairs.
• Maintain an organized schedule for household activities and appointments.
