Technical Trainer

A company is looking for a Technical Trainer to develop and conduct training programs for the NAVAIR Acquisition Management System (AMS) tool suite.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality training plans and course schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational needs

Deliver in-depth technical end-user training utilizing various formats and tailor techniques for maximum engagement

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create clear and actionable training content and manage training materials

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of training or education experience, particularly with web-based IT systems

Experience in training module development and delivery

Proficient in training materials and courseware development

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (1 additional year for each year of non-degree)

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required
