Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The CFO will oversee all aspects of financial strategy, operations, and compliance, while leading the company through upcoming expansion initiatives. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, comfortable in both boardrooms and day-to-day operations, and motivated by the challenge of building for scale.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic financial leadership, partnering with the CEO and COO to drive growth.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and forecasting functions.
• Oversee M&A initiatives, due diligence, and integration of acquisitions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and establish strong financial controls.
• Build and manage a high-performing finance team, including controller and analysts.
• Serve as the financial face of the company with investors, auditors, and external stakeholders.
