Job description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate   Service Manager   to join our team at our high-end omakase restaurant. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional leadership, hospitality, and organizational skills to ensure our guests receive a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities :

Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service flow

Maintain service standards in line with fine dining expectations

Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and management for seamless communication

Manage reservations, guest relations, and special requests

Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care

Support scheduling, payroll, and operational needs

Qualifications :

Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in fine dining (sushi or Japanese cuisine a plus)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Proven ability to manage and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment

Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sake, and fine wines preferred

Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
