Essential results-based duties

• Operate within the Air Lift Guiding Principles : respect, innovation, continuous improvement, integrity
• Manage Applications team to deliver world-class air suspension kits
• Enable direct reports : remove obstacles, supply resources to increase their efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead cross-department, supplier, customer collaboration and cooperation
• Organize APQP, ECR, CAR, etc. projects + tasks and delegate to team
• Empower team to take responsibility and make decisions
• Create environment of open honest communication
• Review and challenge deliverables / output to be world-class
• Develop suppliers
• Develop customers and internal partners to support product success
