Stonecast Products is looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing team! This role works across all departments to coordinate production tasks-supporting the flow of drawings, labels, and information that keeps our projects moving. It's an excellent opportunity for a recent Construction Management graduate (or related field) to launch your career and grow with an expanding company.

What You'll Do

• Material Take-Offs : Verify square footage and linear footage of materials from drawings using PDF take-off software.
• Production Planning : Prepare AutoCAD files for sequencing, print and distribute cover sheets / labels, and organize incoming / outgoing documents.
• Piece Drawings : Intake, review, and organize daily drawings from outside consultants; print and distribute to production; serve as the first point of contact for drawing-related questions.
• Data Entry : Maintain spreadsheet logs for core requests, revisions, and other production updates.
• Closeout Documentation : Compile and submit as-built packages including field fixes, core requests, and final construction drawings.
• Development Tasks : Assist with ongoing development and special projects as assigned.
