Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Site Planner / Scheduler to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG) supporting clients in Arkansas.

The Senior Planner is responsible for providing comprehensive project planning support through the engineering, procurement, construction and testing / commissioning phases, using standard planning techniques. Responsibilities include :

• Establishing, monitoring and updating multiple project plans / schedules by :
• Developing detailed project schedules using standard coding and work breakdown structures
• Understanding project scope and identifying tasks / activities
• Sequencing work packages / activities and developing network models
• Estimating activities duration
• Developing schedule development plans and basis of schedule
• Establishing critical path and total project duration
• Preparing Level 1, 2 and 3 project schedules by summarizing the detailed work schedules
• Performing schedule control by analyzing critical path, planned value, earned value, schedule variance, schedule performance indices and schedule risk analysis, and recommending corrective actions
• Updating project schedules to reflect progress against project baseline and preparing management reports
• Participating in the change management process with raising schedule deviations and schedule impacts to project changes
