Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction P roject Manag er to join a Long Island based contractor for a long term, career opportunity. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for working closely with the owner on a day-to-day basis with providing company wide support on all active projects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Initiate, prepare, review, track and distribute RFIs and submittals.
• Manage project permit process.
• Assist in preparations of bid packages and procurement.
• Assist in cost control and cost management systems.
• Manage construction schedule based on project team input, Trade Contractor progress and materials delivery.
• Change management systems, including soliciting, receiving, reviewing, and preparing quotations and change orders.
• Track and inspect material deliveries.
• Attend and / or lead project meetings.
• Assist in development and maintenance of site logistics plan.

Required Qualifications

Salary : $110,000-$140,000
